What Is the Process?

Whether you're buying or selling a home on the Illinois side of the St. Louis metro, the process can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. George Sykes, Managing Broker with Worth Clark Realty, guides you through every step with clear communication.

The Buying Process

From signed contract to closing is normally 30 to 45 days.
